Delivery and shipping

If you place an order on getshoehype.com before 12:00, we aim to send the shipment the same day
Normal delivery time is between 1 – 3 days
Parcels are sent in most cases with Postnord
Many of our customers receive their packages the day after the order
All orders are free of shipping costs.

If you have ordered Shoehype and selected “Free shipping” and do not pick up your package, the customer is responsible for the extra costs that arise in the form of extra shipping and the agent’s possible fees.

We disclaim any delays in deliveries as this is beyond our control.
The products on getshoehype.com are usually in stock unless otherwise stated. If you have questions about a sold-out product, we are happy to receive them via e-mail to customer service info@shoehype.com

Right of withdrawal

At getshoehype.com, all customers have a right of withdrawal for 14 days after purchase. To cancel your purchase, we require that the product is unused, undamaged and that it is returned in its original packaging. Before you return a product, you must always contact us first by e-mail. Packages sent to the wrong address or returned to us against cash on delivery or demand for payment in arrears will be ignored. In the event of a canceled purchase, the customer is responsible for all possible invoice costs and shipping costs.

Transport damage

If the package is damaged during collection, you must immediately report this to the delivery point, or alternatively to the shipping company. If the product itself is damaged, you must report this to us at shoehype.com within 3 days of receiving the shipment. To report damaged goods and products, attach a picture of the damage to your report and send it to info@shoehype.com. We will then return with information on how your product will be replaced. If a replacement product is sent out, we will always bear the shipping cost.


We use a secure payment solution via Klarna. Klarna is a Swedish company that offers fast and secure verification of credit cards, which makes it easier to shop online. When you pay with the help of Klarna, your credit card number is encrypted as soon as you have entered your card details. The information is then sent to Klarna’s server via the encrypted direct connection HTTPS. The communication between your bank and Klarna is handled by the bank’s security system. The communication between you as an end customer and Klarna takes place with the help of SSL encryption.

When Klarna is used in transactions, there are two communication paths that are protected:
Communication between Klarna and end customer
Communication between Klarna and bank

Klarna invoice and partial payment
With us, you can choose to complete and pay for your purchases via Klarna. If you choose to complete the payment on invoice, a quick credit report will be carried out on you. Answers to the credit report will come immediately so you do not have to wait to find out whether you have been approved or not. If everything is in order, the invoice will then be sent to your population registration address, which is automatically retrieved from the population register.

You will also receive the invoice sent to you via the e-mail you specified. The invoice must be paid within 14 days from the order date.

If you prefer to pay your invoice in installments, you can convert it into a partial payment by only paying SEK 50 initially. Then you get to decide for yourself how much you want to pay in installments each month. However, the monthly amount must be at least SEK 50 or 1/24 of the total amount. In addition to this, there is interest whose current interest rates can be found on klarna.se.

Clear account
All installments and purchases that you make via Klarna are collected in an easily accessible and clear account.


If disputes arise, we prefer that we primarily try to resolve all irregularities through communication via our customer service. We follow the recommendations of the General Complaints Board and in addition to these we refer to the European Commission’s online dispute resolution service http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
